Elizabeth Joss

Elizabeth's work is mainly representational in oil or acrylic, taking inspiration from the landscapes and buildings of the highlands and also southern France.

Since coming to live in Inverness in 1975 she has worked in different media and on a variety of subject matter, but has concentrated mainly on landscape and still life in oils. Elizabeth's paintings have been widely exhibited in the Highlands. Rural architecture and field patterns have been amongst her favourite subjects in recent years, but she also enjoys portraiture.
