Janis MENNIE
Janis Mennie is an artist working from her studio in Dingwall, not far from Tore. She is a graduate of the Glasgow School of Art and is a versatile painter in her choice of scale and themes, although practically all her work is based on landscape and daily life in the highlands. Recent work has been more abstract in nature, and Janis is also an excellent figurative painter. Her work is also well known in the form of prints and greetings cards.
